Jenn Founded The Pedicure Room in 2015 with a vision of creating more than just a place for beauty services. She wanted to build a warm, welcoming space where everyone could feel comfortable, included and genuinely cared for.
Born and raised in Bracebridge, Jenn is a true Muskoka local with deep roots in the community she calls home.
Over the years, Jenn has grown the business from its pedicure room beginnings into a full service spa, salon and boutique in the heart of downtown Bracebridge. She is always dreaming up what comes next - whether its introducing a new service, refreshing the space, supporting her team or finding new ways to make the client experience even better.
Jenn is incredibly proud of the talented team she has built and the relationships the spa has formed within the Muskoka community. She leads with real heart, a little (lot) humour and the belief that there is always room to learn, evolve and create something even better.

Kelly has been a valued member of our team since 2018 and has become a familiar and trusted face to many of our clients. Her gentle touch and sense of humor create an easy going experience where clients can truly relax and feel at home. Kelly has built wonderful relationships with her long time clients and always looks forward to welcoming new faces.
Kelly is a certified Aesthetician and brings with her over 20 years of spa experience. Full body waxing, manicures, pedicures, facials, relaxing massages, hot stone massage, aromatherapy, body treatments, lash and brow tinting, serotonin therapy and the Japanese head spa are all services that Kelly happily offers.

Carolyn joined us in the busy Christmas season of 2021. Known for her friendly personality and easy conversation, she has a wonderful way of helping clients feel comfortable, relaxed and completely at home during their appointments. She takes meticulous pride in all of her services. Carolyn is a certified Aesthetician offering manicures, pedicures, waxing, lash lifts and tints, tinting, microdermabrasion, facials, Japanese head spa, serotonin therapy and relaxing massages.

Kristen joined us in April of 2022. She brings a fun creative energy to the spa. Her friendly nature and easygoing personality help clients feel comfortable and welcome from the moment their appointment begins. Kristen takes pride in making each service feel personalized and polished. She enjoys connecting with her clients, helping them leave feeling relaxed, confident and excited about their results. Kylie joined our team in the busy summer of 2024 and has quickly become a valued part of the spa. She is passionate about result-driven treatments and has a growing focus on Advanced Aesthetics, graduating as a Medical Aesthetician in 2025. Kylie combines her knowledge and skill with a calm, reassuring approach.
