I have been in the beauty industry for 19 years. Starting out in Reception and Customer Service and moving on to Salon/Spa coordinator for a number of years and a licensed Nail Technician and Certified sugar practitioner since 2007.
I take pride in the reputation we are building here at the Pedicure Room, winning Metroland's Reader's Choice 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021 and 2025 for Favourite Spa/ Esthetic services, Muskokas Favourite Manicure/ Pedicure 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2025 Muskokas Favourite Facial Services 2022 and 2025. Carolyn joined us in the busy Christmas season of 2021. Carolyn is a certified Aesthetician offering manicures, pedicures, waxing, lash lifts and tints, tinting, microdermabrasion, facials, Japanese head spa and relaxing massages.

Kristen joined us in April of 2022. She is a certified Aesthetician offering a full range of services. Manicures (regular, shellac and gel overlay), pedicures, waxing, lash lifts and tints, microdermabrasion, facials, Japanese head spa and relaxing massages. Kristen has a lovely calm aura about her that you can't help but feel in her treatments.

Christine has been with The Pedicure Room since 2017! With a few breaks here and there to focus on her many other ventures. We are always happy when her schedule opens up a bit and she can once again share her Thursday evenings with us!

Lia has been a Hairstylist since 2005 and has been at The Pedicure Room since early 2024.
You may recognize her as she's been a local to Muskoka, as a manager and stylist since 2012.

Kylie joined our team in the busy summer of 2024 and has quickly become a valued part of the spa. She is passionate about result-driven treatments and has a growing focus on Advanced Aesthetics, graduating as a Medical Aesthetician in 2025. Kylie's calm, welcoming approach ensures every client feels comfortable, confident and well cared for.
