Cancellation & No Show Policy

  • At The Pedicure Room we value your time and ours. When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you. 
  • A No Show is defined as missing an appointment without calling, texting or emailing to cancel or reschedule in advance
  • A Last Minute Cancellation occurs when a client cancels or reschedules their appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time

     Our Policy is as follows :

                                If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and fail to contact us, a 100% no-                    show fee will be charged to the card on file or added to the account.
              Repeated no-shows will result in a mandatory card added to the file or the inability to book with                  us in the future.
              Clients who arrive more than 15 minute late without notice will be considered a no-show if we                      cannot accommodate the remaining time. 

                            Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled                     service value.
​               Cancellations made within 3 hours or repeated short notice cancellations may result in 100% fee.
              After two late cancellations clients will be required to leave a card number on file for future                          bookings.

    *Exceptions may be made for illness, emergencies or severe weather at the managers discretion and              within reason. 


       Why this policy matters :

                                 Our estheticians, therapist and stylists come to work to earn a living. When an                                 appointment is canceled last minute, that time cannot be filled - meaning they lose a valuable                       part of their income. This policy ensures fairness and helps our team continue doing what they                     love while being properly compensated for their time and skill.
               We truly appreciate your understanding and communication- It allows us to run smoothly and                     fairly for everyone.

                                    
                 



Gel Nails

​*We are no longer offering Gel sets with extensions 

• Shellac brand is a soak off gel.  If we must file it to remove, there will be an additional $20 removal fee. 

• All nail art is extra. Designs and gems. It ranges from $5-$20 extra. Feel free to send in a photo idea for an estimate. 

• Also please note that photos are just for ideas of what you are looking for. Your nail art will be unique for you. 

• Nail fixes are complimentary in the first 2 days. Please message or phone us as soon as possible to let us know.
